Nice hotel, but not 4 star quality. Loud, as it is next to a hospital. Also loud within the hotel. We could hear both neighbors showering and talking.

The hotel staff was excellent from the time we checked in and the upgraded us to a larger room, to checkout. The hotel rooms were very clean and the site was in the heart of the Magnificent Mile Michigan ave. Chicago.

Excellent location and price.
Parking prices.
Rooms were clean and in good condition. Location is 2nd to none. Beds were comfortable. Not many amenities, definitely a 3-star hotel. Parking costs are high but you might save $10-$15 per night by parking farther away from hotel.

The beds were great.
No restaurants on the main floor.
I was with my grand daughter and wanted queen beds. The hotel said that king beds are standard and any change is considered an upgrade. There were taxes on absolutely everything. Even a tax on the person delivering room service. I won't stay there again.
Nicely decorated. 
Pull-out couch terribly uncomfortable - loud.
