Location was great! Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Lobby was not on ground floor but not a big problem.
The ONLY negative about this hotel is the open atrium concept tended to be a bit noisy during evening cocktail hour.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Our room had a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Michigan. The atrium was beautiful.
We felt that the parking garage rate was extremely high and its entrance was not well marked.
Our stay at the hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The only negative about our room was that the bed was full size, not queen. However, the magnificent view of lake Michigan from our window - which we could look at from the bed - more than compensated. T...Read More
