Clean, friendly and elegant.
Parking was poorly secured. Singage with directions to the lobby was poor -bordering on scary. Walk to hotel was a maze.

Charged for a bottle of water - repairs needed to be made in the bathroom.
The Sheraton is an excellent hotel for people who want to walk around the Chicago area. The room was clean, although some repairs in the bathroom needed to be made. It's a shame that this expensive of a hotel, puts out a bottle of water with a note saying...Read More

Ambiance.
Service attitude poor, room service not available at 9.00PM.
Difficult to find , Valet staff unhelpful, took 30 minutes to bring my car to front entrance, Room service not available and all restaurants closed at 9.00PM except most expensive steakhouse. Otherwise could easily be an excellent location.
