Location was excellent, right off Mag mile. Bed was comfy.The room was dirty; bathroom was dirty, we stayed 4 days - floors were never vacuumed. Great location, simple and clean. Nice people.The heat didn't work and it was cold outside!Great spot to stay when visiting Chicago. No frills but plenty comfortable--met our needs perfectly. I'd definitely revisit this hotel for future trips to the city. Really need to fix the heaters in the rooms though! otherwise, it was great!

Inexpensive for such a great location!N/AGreat location just off the Magnificent Mile. Rooms were somewhat small, but comfortable. I checked in late and left at check out time, so I didn't really get a great sense of the place, but for the most part, I was very happy with my stay.

I really liked the price of the hotel and it was a great location.The only thing i did not like about the Hotel is that the rooms were very smallThis hotel was great. The staff was nice and the price was even better. The rooms are very small but it worked just fine for us. It is in a great location as well. Right in the middle of everything.
