The restaurant was terrific.Moldy shower that did not drain, noisy pipes, and telephone did not work.During shower, water was ankle deep and would not drain. Staff was not very friendly. For one night, it was manageable, but I'm reluctant to take chance again for fear of staying here again.

Great location, yet small and quaint.The building and other parts of the room had started to show its age.Small and very attractive old European style hotel in the heart of Chicago's near north side. Mere steps from Water Tower Place, and the Hancock Building. Excellent staff and service. Perfect for the little get away.
