Desk was helpful in suggesting places to eat.
Very, very, very cramped breakfast room.Average, clean, acceptable room & bathroom. Free WiFi was very nice. Breakfast room was very small and cramped.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff and close to Loyola University.Floor in my room was uneven.The hotel was scary on the outside but clean and friendly on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave.

It was quiet and comfortable.N/AIt was nice, affordable, and close to downtown Chicago, we had no problems. The parking was a bit tight, but at least there was parking and it was enclosed! I wasn't disappointed at all and we would definitely stay there again.

Nothing, I didn't.Black mold, cracks in walls, sloppy paint job, horrible parking.I would not stay in this hotel I asked for my money back, they should not allow people to stay in rooms that may be harmful; one of the people traveling was also pregnant. Search "Chicago hotel black mold" on youtube.com, for our video of room.
