Staff was kind, courteous and helpful. 
Facilities not the cleanest, limited room size. Hotel room was not kept up to good standards. Some dirt on bathroom floor, cracked, peeling, and discolored door and bathroom molding, empty and not filled Kleenex box, and uneven door jam, door lock difficult to lock.

The TV channel selection was small, but every channel was a good quality choice. Our room was small. Chico Days Inn is very close to downtown Chico which was great for our stay. Excellent location. The bed was very uncomfortable. This hotel's location was pretty good, close to downtown. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and worn, as were the pillows. Overall Rating:
The location is great as far as being close to downtown shopping. The street noise was obnoxious. Had to sleep with earplugs. The staff was very friendly and my room was very clean. Continental breakfast was disappointing, muffins and coffee. No juice or cereal for my son.
