What's there to tell. You charged me for a room I did not stay at. You kept me on hold until it was too late to cancel.
You figure it out.I think the survey should be more on Priceline poor quality of customer service and not the hotel.

Nothing... it was very dirty and unsafe.. disgusting and a waste on money.Clothes from last renters were still left in room dirty used q-tips found in room had to file incident report -daughter injured leg on metal rods.Dirtiest place ever stayed at in my 38 years of travel... very unsafe hotel and management did nothing to fix situation... they haven't even returned my 5 phone calls I've left for the owner MR.
