Hyatt Place guestrooms are spacious and comfortable. Each guestroom has a separate living and sleeping area. Room features include Hyatt Grand Beds, a 42" plasma TV, comfortable furnishings and flexible work spaces. Hyatt's food and beverage expertise has created dining that is unprecedented. Limited menu items of familiar comfort foods will be offered. Signature oversized muffin and breads will be freshly baked at the Coffee Bar. Prepackaged snacks, beer and wine will be available for sale. Complimentary a.m. Kitchen Skillet, featuring freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches, waffles, French toast, pancakes and steel cut oatmeal, available daily. Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 Housebroken household pets -defined as a dog-per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of 150 USD for the 1st pet and an additional 50 USD fee for the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs each. Service Animals are exempt from fees.
