Positive Comment - Staff, happy hours room.

Negative Comment - Coat rack was short (my coat was on the floor).

Review - Staff was excellent, the snacks from local restaurants was a great idea. Conveniently located.

Review - Friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast good, check in and check out fast, easy and accurate. I've stayed here before, and I'll come back.

Negative Comment - Manager not approachable regarding a mistake made in billing.

Review - A statement was left under our door for the cost of our 2 night stay.

Review - This location is very convenient to everything in Cincinnati area. It is very clean and the staff were exceptional. Continental breakfast was well stocked with everything imaginable and more.

Review - I tried to watch a pay per view movie twice. It didn't work. The desk person didn't care and stopped answering the phone after two calls. Every time I walked by, she was either on her cell phone or talking to whom I assume was her boyfriend.
