The doorman was especially friendly, courteous and accommodating. He set the tone for our whole experience.Construction on I-64 made access off the exit indicated on the map impossible. It took us an hour to find the hotel.N/A

The hotel was very nice! The staff at the Crowne Plaza gets a A+There was a note placed above the AC not to set the control below 70 degrees.(It freezes up) The room was uncomfortable.My rating of the hotel deserves an A+. Besides the AC temp. control I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
