The staff was helpful, the breakfast was appreciated.
The mattress in my room was too soft and hurt my back.
This hotel is ok. The hot tub was out of order. My mattress was uncomfortably soft and made my back hurt. The staff was helpful. The rooms and public areas were clean and breakfast was good and a welcome benefit.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel.
The construction in the area was a pain.
Being new to the area I was not aware of how far this hotel was from the beach. So if you are planning on spending most of your time at the beach you may want to stay closer. But the hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

It was a reasonable price.
Construction all around the location.
The hotel was fine. We mentioned to the staff that the towels were dirty, there was a cigarette burn in the blanket on the bed that was never changed, and the safe never worked. None of these items were corrected.

Located in very busy area of town.
Would definitely stay in a Windham again. This is my third time vacationing with this hotel chain. It is very clean and has very friendly staff.

Nice size room and better than expected complimentary breakfast.
The highway location was not ideal and road construction made it hard to find the driveway.
Nice hotel. Free wireless, friendly staff, clean place with a very nice, above average "expanded" continental breakfast. I stayed in Tampa the prior two nights at an "upscale" Sheraton suites and much prefer the Wingate over that, at half the price.

Decent breakfast bar.
Location was poor. Difficult to get in and out. Not a nice area of town.
The location of this hotel is not very nice but it was clean and comfortable. A good value for the price we paid.

The staffs were genuinely courteous as well as, mature in their performance.
Unfortunately, the mindless noise pervading from a middle-class motor cycle hobby event that was located 2 businesses away.
