Quality Hotel welcomes a mixture of leisure and corporate guests. Conveniently located one mile south of the Clearwater Marina and Pier 60, where there is an assortment of water recreation, restaurants, shops, and much more. This hotel offers rooms with either a private balcony or patio. All rooms have been newly remodeled, Feb. 2008 and include new furniture, bedding, carpet, draperies, granite counter tops, cultural marble bath surrounds, porcelain tile in bathroom and balcony/patio, flat panel LCD TVs and much more. Guest can enjoy our sun deck with splash pool, lounge chairs, and poolside bar that overlooks the beach. Hotel requires valid credit card that matches guest name upon check-in. Must be 21yrs or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parking Limit: One vehicle allowed per room. Parking Fee: 10 USD per day plus tax

Cleanliness and the friendly staff.
Did not have computer available.Very clean, staff was professional and friendly, good location, lobby coffee was excellent, desk clerk arranged a town car pick up from airport which was convenient.

Access to the beach.Corridors too narrow and ceiling too low.Hotel is conveniently located by the beach. Rooms are clean and well equipped (LCD TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker). Bathrooms are clean and pretty new.

The bed, pillows and sheets were very comfortable!The veranda setting was ugly, no view etc.We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again!

Staff was always very friendly and beach area off the hotel was clean.The room card keys sometimes had to be tried several times to work.Extremely clean and staff was always pleasant. We stayed for 5 nights. A staff member mistakenly threw out my sunglasses from our table outside while I was on the beach. N/AI don't know what type of filtration there in the pool, but my eyes burned from thee hour after.Overall the wife and I have a very nice weekend, no kid no dogs and no work. Need to due more often.

Room was very spacious and came with great extras like flat screen TV, fridge and microwave.The room was near the elevator was very noisy with guests all night long.Great for the price compared to neighboring hotels, small beach at hotel, but short walk to main beach. Extremely nice rooms, we were pleasantly surprised. A little problem with noise, I was awoken many times in the night. Overall, we had a great stay.

Comfortable, good size room; fairly nice view.Not directly facing the Gulf, although technically it is on the Gulf.The room was a good size and very comfortable. We had a pleasant stay and would consider visiting again.

I liked the private beach area.Needed a continental breakfast area or at least a coffee bar.Hotel was great. Easy access to area attractions. Great view of the water. Very friendly staff. Liked having I-HOP restaurant on property. Would have liked some coffee in the lobby.
