Overall Rating:
The overall luxury, comfort and hospitality was beyond my expectations.
Said they changed the sheets every 3 days but the 6 nights we stayed it was not done once.I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

The hotel was great. It is a beautiful location and all the amenities were wonderful.There were extra charges on our bill however when we question them they were removed.I would recommend this hotel/resort. It appeared to be very family friendly as well as a great place for couples &/or group of friends.

The location & the great service from the staff.The extra taxes & fees.We were very impressed with the helpful staff; the location was excellent with a view of the beach. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was very comfortable, modern & clean. We would definitely visit again, just be prepared for the extra fees.

Everything including the beautiful beach that was like walking on baby powder.Hidden charges i.e. resort fees, and valet parking mandatory as they would not allow self parking and there was no parking allowed on the streets.Beautiful hotel, helpful friendly staff.
