Negative Comment - Expensive valet parking and thin walls.

Review - Overall the hotel was good. Pros: location, cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The walls to the hallway were not very soundproof. Valet parking is $20 a day.

Negative Comment - Hotel room, hallways, elevator and lobby had dust and debris in the corners - could have been cleaner.

Review - Great location for Playhouse Square, Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena. No parking on site, but valet available at the door, and self park option available down the street. Hotel was newly renovated, but could have been cleaner. Some minor debris ...Read More
