The location to downtown Cleveland.
Expensive valet parking and thin walls.
Overall the hotel was good. Pros: location, cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The walls to the hallway were not very soundproof. Valet parking is $20 a day.

Hotel room, hallways, elevator and lobby had dust and debris in the corners - could have been cleaner.
