Overall Rating:
It was a nice departure from regular hotels. Very nostalgic and romantic.
I arrrived late and no person was there to check me in. Keys were however available. I just didn't get to a person immediately when I arrived
I would definitely stay here again under different circumstances, i.e., if I hav more time. Overall it was a pleasant stay and inexpensive for the quality.

Quaint and rustic. Remote location and quiet. A feel of the old west.
No ice machine. Limited parking.
The location high in the mountains is great. It is surrounded by shops as it is downtown. It is very quiet and the rooms are clean although when we were there the air conditioning was not working and it was warm. There are no ice machines and no elevator....Read More

The people and cleanliness.
More pillows. Better soundproofing.
Excellent and much less expensive alternative to The Lodge at Cloudcroft". Could use some soundproofing. Quaint.
