Great happy hours.
The noise from the street, etc.
Was so happy to get this hotel. We could prepare our own meals, enjoy the happy hours, have a full breakfast and read the paper each day. I felt safe and secure.

outdoor corridors. having to pay $11.50 for parking
This was not a typical residence inn. Outdoor cooridors made it very noisy with police and ambulance sirens going on all night. Overnight parking at $11.50 was steep.

Personal service, great attitude of Sam (the manager of the hotel) and his assistant, they both deserve a reward for excellent service.
Curb appeal, floor planning, access to the second building, pool is small, public spaces such as lobby are very small and poor.
