New and extremely comfortable.
Didn't provide coffee makers in the room.Very nice hotel. I'd stay here again. However, didn't like that I had to go to the lobby for coffee in the morning. It was in a convenient location.It's obvious that "cheap" was the driving force.Come prepared. No iron in room, no blow dryer in room. Hard beds, one step up from sleeping on a board. We were in a non-smoking room but the entire floor smelled of old smoke. Staff was friendly, but it didn't make up for lack of other conveniences.
