Friendly staff; Good breakfast; Comfortable bed ; Clean ; Reasonably priced;Great location for going Fed Ex Field; DC; or College Park.
Light fixture in bathroom was hanging from the ceiling - needs a couple screws to fix. I didnot mention to staff however something I noticed.
The Hotel staff was very friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Comfortable bed and clean room. Reasonably priced.

The door lock battery malfunctioned and we couldn't get into our room! They had to call someone offside to come fix- took lots of time waiting.Pool was murky. Floors were dirty, bathroom had hair on floor/tub.I have never stayed at such a run down place for $100 a night! Peeling paint, dirt everywhere. I only stayed because I couldn't get out of the reservation for 2 nights! Awful!

Convenient to DC and Baltimore.Seems to be in shady location.Hotel is located near UMD, but does not feel like a safe neighborhood. Not a bad place at all, just advise against walking alone.

The helpfulness of staff and the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in generalN/AI had the best experience when I stayed at this hotel. The staff was so nice and pleasant. The fundome was fun also. The rooms were very nice and clean. If you are going to be in the College Park area I suggest you stay here.
