The hotel was very quiet and the beds were great.The front door was not automatic and if someone didn't help it was a struggle to get carts in and out of the hotel.We had a very pleasant stay. The view of the mountains made the trip!

It was close to the highway.They could not provide enough hot water for everyone.I will never stay there again. It is ridiculous that a three star hotel can not provide hot water for all of its guest. I have never had to take a COLD shower before in a hotel.

N/Alack of privacy in bathroom area, clogged tub & sink, too much highway noiseI don't like the way these rooms are set up - there is no privacy for someone getting ready. Be aware of the noise from the highway - it was loud! May not be as bad at the other end of the hotel.

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly.Rooms are a little dated and had a slight musty smell.The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel room was a little musty smelling and could probably use some new carpet, and the bathroom was a bit small, but the rest of the hotel was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.
