Very convenient.
The room was dirty. Caulk around tub looked like 4 year old's finger painting.Very convenient, but if I were married, I couldn't stay there. Room, especially bathroom, was dirty with ground in dirt.

Price and within walking distance of downtown.The rooms could use a bit of a remodel, plaster caulk, and paint. The doors need some weather stripping.It served our purpose. Economical, convenient to downtown and easy access from I-25.
