The heater didn't work. The hair dryer didn't work. The outlets wouldn't allow us to charge our cell phones. When we complained, the manager, he laughed at us. I've never had such a bad hotel! Hard to believe it was a Holiday Inn!

Friendly, outgoing staff. Recently remodeled now has a pool.The rooms didn't have a microwave or mini fridge.The stay was good. Love the shuttle. Like that there is an indoor pool and fitness center. Staff very friendly. This is the 2nd time in 3 yrs that I have stayed at this hotel and it was a great stay then and even better now.

Friendly staff, good location.Paying for parking.My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was easy to find in a convinient location, and the staff were super friendly. We will stay her again if the need to be in downtown columbus arises again!
