The ambiance and staff was uplifting. The bathroom was too small, the water was too cold, and there are no tanks on the toilets. The staff was very friendly and professional. Staff was very efficient very nice hotel. Parking fee. Very nice hotel, I think it caters to more of a business traveler. Very clean and comfortable room.

Very nice, inviting lobby. Room had no bathtub. While I thought the hotel was fine, I certainly don't think it deserves a 4 start. For 4-stars I expect amenities above and beyond the usual and I certainly expect the bathroom to have a tub and not just a stall shower.

Upscale and convenient. Bar tender was not able to make a very popular drink he had never heard of a ceaser. Very popular drink in Canada. Location is ideal and all amenities are available.
