Renovated, although not terribly well. Free parking, free breakfast and internet.
Smelly hall ways, very much feels like a Motel. Does not fall into the Best Western category I am used to.
Pleasant enough, although a bit noisy if your room is anywhere near the entrance doors. The doors slam hard and that goes on most all day long. I do not feel that the quality and feel of this Motel are what I am use to from Best Western. Compared with hot...Read More

Clean, comfortable, accessible.
No PPV movie options.
Clean and well appointed rooms, corridors and facilities. Courteous staff. Perfectly suited for business travel. Could be better if PPV movies were offered on in room television.

They had a room available. They are near concord.
Wireless network was glacial in its speed. Really, really slow.
Quaint relic of the 1960's, this best western provides basic accommodations and excellent access to historic concord. Approximately 10 miles off of 95 on hwy 2a, it provides an outdoor pool for the children though its wireless support is hardly sufficient...Read More

Convenient location, very friendly staff, incredibly cleans rooms.
Room air conditioners are very outdated; inefficient and noisy!
The room was rather outdated and the air conditioner was either on or off. No thermostat to maintain a certain temp. It got steamy and hot with it turned off and arctic-cold with it on! I had to turn it on, but stuff the vents with bath towels to maintain...Read More

Our stay at the Best Western was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was always well stocked. We had no problems getting anywhere in town as a main road was right outside the hotel. I was surprised that the free high ...Read More

Couldn't.
Don't expect anything from this hotel or its staff.
The staff couldn't accommodate a smoker, though they only had 6 cars in the lot all three days I was there. Nothing other than the dirty room I encountered. There is no restaurant. No assistance in finding one, or anything else in the area. There were bug...Read More

I liked everything.
This hotel provided more than I expected in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The 12 pm checkout time was also a plus.
