The staff was nice.It smelled.This hotel was gross. The staff was nice. They were charging less than what I paid when I got there and told me I had been ripped off.

Nothing refused to stay.Everything! Safety and cleanliness were terrible.I want a refund! I refused to stay in the hotel and I told the manager I would not pay!

Beds were nice.There was an awful smell.I understand that the hotel was being renovated, but the smell of mold or mildew was prevalent. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, there was a continental breakfast, and it was convenient to get to the highway and concord mills.

Room was cleaned daily, heat turned up, bed turned down.N/AI was very impressed. The staff were great, rooms were clean and TV worked as did the fridge and alarm clock. I felt I got my monies worth and will stay there again. Great place to stay if traveling on business and you need a clean place to sleep.

Price.Not clean, pool under renovation, crated renovation materials in parking lot. Not enough towels available .This hotel needs renovating. The room wasn't very clean. Convenient and priced right for my trip purpose.No in room coffee, say one roach.My son had a baseball tournament in area. Room was cheap and served our purpose. We weren't looking for anything fancy. They should have informed us of the coffee/breakfast area in lobby. I did not see it.
