Overall Rating:
The cleanliness. The location was excellent: it was right off the interstate.
Nothing.The hotel was very clean and the staff was polite. It is located in a convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby as well as malls. At night the parking lot was well lit. I definitely would stay there again.

The employees were very helpful.The ceiling had holes and water damage.The room was okay the desk area and eating area and the first floor were very clean and nice. The third floor needs help.

It was conveniently located off of the interstate.We were in a very smoky non smoking room.I would not recommend this hotel to non-smokers. Our room was supposedly non-smoking; however the overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke left my entire family (including my two young sons) with terrible headaches for the day.
