They gave me a room upgrade with no request on my part. VERY helpful staff on all levels. Lovely room.
Wait for hotel shuttle from airport was 20 minutes.Lovely, Marriott-level decor and service. The staff at this location was particularly friendly and accommodating. Definitely an enjoyable stay; wish it were longer!

Extremely comfortable beds. Pool & hot tub area very nice.Breakfast not included.Easy to find. Nice decor. Beds were the most comfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Pool and hot tub area were great for the kids - well stocked with towels.

Fast service, and was clean.In-room supplies were not complete, very limited free TV channels, room was rather small, parking was limited, and there was no vent in the bathroom.Good for quick trips, close to highway and airport. Pool was small but enough to play in and hot tub was nice for relaxing. Breakfast was large but not complimentary. Top notch customer service, probably the best in years of hotel stays; beautiful decorNothingThis hotel was exceptional. The room was great. The customer service was absolutely exceptional. Also provided me menus to order take out delivery since I got there late and the restaurant was closed...this was without asking, a first in my experience.
