Small pillows.Good location for what we needed! Good price! Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast bar.

Location to my event and other attractions.Beds were old and uncomfortable.Room was old and needed updating. Paint was peeling and did not feel clean. Ventilation fan in bathroom did not work.

Location was easy to access from freeway.Room seemed shoddily redone.Ok for an overnight, but not as a destination.

They were able to accommodate my request with no problem.Needs more vending and ice machines.I go to Alabama 3 or more times a year and I travel with 2 small children, so I split my trip. My room was in an excellent spot so I didn't have a lot of toting to do and the kids loved the breakfast. Plus the staff was friendly as well.

Conveniently located, relatively new decoration.NAHotel was clean and neat enough, not spotless but better than many, old television w/ poor picture.

Free internet service! Unexpected. Appreciated.Ran out of Kleenex. Pretty minor, really.Clean, quiet, easy to find. Fresh feeling with everything one needs for a fine visit in lake Norman. I would happily re-visit this property.

Close to interstate highway.Poor quality bedding, room not made up every day, odor in room, wrong room at check-in, had to move once.Average price for this type of room (1 Star). the location and cleanliness of my room.The lady behind the counter. Rude, horrible, evil.The hotel was conveniently located near the interstate and eating establishments. I felt safe there and my room was clean and orderly.
