Free Breakfast from 6-9.
Breakfast needs more variety.Hotel and staff were very accommodating. We requested adjoining rooms and they had no problem with our request. Rooms were clean and towels were always supplied. Had problems with the toilet which was still not fixed at the end of our stay.

Proximity to Huntersville/Birkdale Commons.On the dirty/old side; staff failed to provide wake-up call; big mistake for business traveler.Was there less than 10 hours, thankfully. Nothing.Everything.This hotel is drab and dreary and does not appear clean. They offer no amenities in the lobby i.e., coffee, tea, etc. Maid service came at 9:45am and when told to come back in 15 mines. Never came back to clean the room. Believe they did not speak any Eng...Read More

Overall Rating:
Beds comfortable.Carpet dirty and didn't look like it was vacuumed recently.Good location. However we were stuck in charlotte rush hour traffic and it took us 1 hour to go 15 miles. Will probably look for a hotel south of charlotte next year.

Great location, clean room, nice lobby, friendly staff.A little skimpy on breakfast offerings, but not bad.Excellent choice for anyone coming to the lake Norman. Met all my expectations for the star rating, except food offerings.

Front desk people were very nice.House keepers.Everything was very nice. The only thing was that one morning we were not out of our room when the cleaning staff was there and when we left the room they never came back to clean it.

Very clean, quiet amidst trees even though near the freeway, nice restaurants nearby.Breakfast bar was a little disappointing, but not bad.We have stayed there three times now and it is very satisfactory consistently: friendly, clean, many amenities in room, including refrigerator and microwave.
