Review - I was very disappointed, I missed the fishing boat I had reserved for my birthday, due to the fact that didn't wake me up.

 Positive Comment - The location of the hotel on the beach was wonderful. It was away from the hubbub of Corpus but had everything we needed on the island.

 Negative Comment - The pool bracelets were given but most people did not use them.

 Negative Comment - The broken elevator.

Review - I loved the location and the rooms were pretty nice. but We had to wait for the elevator for long stretches of time because one of the elevators was out of order 3 out of the 4 days we were there and apparently that is the norm.

 Negative Comment - The room was musty even with the air conditioner running full blast. The elevators are unattractive, loud, and small. The restaurant is terrible.
