Customer service.The bathroom needs to be re-done, there was mold in the shower and the bathroom wasn't in good condition.Customer service was great, location is good, room was pretty large and looked nice, the only complaint was that the bathroom was very old and had mold in the shower.

I liked the cleanliness, the continental breakfast, the convenience to freeway and stores and the overall appearance.The hotel manager was not that friendly, but, the hotel clerk was really friendly and helpful.I'd give this hotel a very good to excellent rating. The manager can work on his social skills and at least learn how to say hello and smile even though his employee is doing his job and doing a very good job I might add.

N/ANot friendly as other places, not what I expected from a 2 star hotel.This motel was not a 2 star hotel nor a 1.5 star hotel. It was spacious for a business room but not what I expected for the amount of money I had to pay. Way overrated. The front desk person was not helpful as I have had with other motels.

There was nothing satisfactory about the hotel.The hotel was dirty, dingy, and lacking hot water and basic standards of any hotel.Unfortunately when I arrived, the hotel did not meet the standards of the three star experiences I was promised. The hot water in my particular room was not working, and when I informed the hotel manager they said they could do nothing for me.

Location.Dirty, Smokey, room stunk.I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Room stunk and everything was very dirty. I didn't want to take off my socks to walk around in the room. Hesitated even taking a shower it was that bad.

Overall Rating:
Comfortable bed and good shower.Dingy, smelly.not what you expect for 2-star designation. This was a marginal 1-star. Bed and shower were good; the rest was dismal in appearance and smell.
