Very good housekeeping staff.Front desk seems rude and unprofessional.Every staff member was pleasant and professional, except for front desk clerk. Very rude and course, she is exceedingly rude over the phone. You have an excellent hotel that makes the customer feel welcome.

The room was nice.Coffee was bad, elevator was broke, no pens.I was okay. I would stay there again. The coffee was horrible. The prices were high for room service. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

The lobby was warm and pretty. It had sleep comfort beds.The elevators didn't work, couch was dirty and, carpet had stains.Overall it wasn't what I expected. The hotel was old and the room they gave us had a new bed and TV, but the carpet and couch had stains.

The location.Hotel looked run down. Broken towel racks, several light bulbs in the room were never replaced during our 5 day stay(even though we requested).I had never stayed at a Radisson and expected more.
