Location.
Very poor attention to detail.Absolutely generic motel. It felt like it was just slapped together, and not cared for. We had issues with the plumbing and cleanliness.

The room was clean.The room was small and noisy.The room was way too small. The room was next to the elevator and across from the ice machine so it was very noisy.

the staff is very helpfulthe restaurant is closed on Friday and Saturday nightI always enjoy my stay at the courtyard. Even though the nearby Holiday Inn is rated higher I like the courtyard better.
