Spectacular location and view and facilities and room.
No ice machines in hotel, expensive $27 spa fee was not included. Also expensive and mandatory $18 for parking.
Great hotel and location and room. The spa is fabulous but even if you don't use it you are obligated to pay the $27 spa fee and the $18 mandatory parking fee. Even though the hotel was nearly empty, we could not get into our room until after 4pm.

Inexpensive rate for upscale property.
Keep deli / snack bar open all day.
Overall, hotel was nice. We upgraded $10 / night to a standard king suite to have more room and it seemed worth it. We were there late summer so it was low vacancy so not a lot of ambiance and hallways, restaurants were dark. I'm sure in the bustling ski ...Read More

Restaurants and room service was not available due to off season. Should be available regardless.
Lobby decor was rustic and beautiful. Room was very clean. Disappointed in the alleged mountain view as it was mostly the hotel next to us. Disappointed in the wall fireplace wasn't what we expected.

Very unexpected. On Demand Movies $12.99
The ammenities of this hotel were not very good for the off season- i.e. restaurants weren't open for long in morning or at night at all. There was a SHOCKING "resort fee" for WATER, Pool (which was not heated due to maintenance problems so too cold to sw...Read More

Hotel was nice & the staff friendly.
They slipped a bill under my door for another $10.00 for what they said was resort fee's after I was led to believe that I had paid in full to pricel
Nice hotel but their asking for another $10.00 for a resort fee was not appreciated due to the fact that I believed I had paid in full including taxes, please let me know if that was proper.

The Grand Lodge in Crested Butte is a lovely hotel situated in the heart of Mt. Crested Butte. The entrance was inviting with a fireplace and board games. Our room had a king sized bed and was on the smallish side, but the bathroom was big. We would defin...Read More

Taxes and fees need to be properly assessed to the customer when they specifically ask them to do so.
Hidden taxes and fees.
Overall great property and service. However, when I asked specifically for a rundown of the incidental charges, I was given $30 per night for dogs. I knew there would be taxes and fees but this is outrageous.

Please be patient while we process your request.
