Great hotel and location and room. The spa is fabulous but even if you don't use it you are obligated to pay the $27 spa fee and the $18 mandatory parking fee. Even though the hotel was nearly empty, we could not get into our room until after 4pm.

Lobby decor was rustic and beautiful. Room was very clean. Disappointed in the alleged mountain view as it was mostly the hotel next to us. Disappointed in the wall fireplace wasn't what we expected.

Nice hotel but their asking for another $10.00 for a resort fee was not appreciated due to the fact that I believed I had paid in full including taxes, please let me know if that was proper.

Overall great property and service. However, when I asked specifically for a rundown of the incidental charges, I was given $30 per night for dogs. I knew there would be taxes and fees but this is outrageous.
