Great views, good food and service is helpful.
Lack of gaming variety, dated and not well maintained property, feels old, casino air filtration is poor (stronger cigarette smell then other casinos).Great views and location. The hotel and casino is dated, but that's part of the nostalgia I guess. The resort is a shadow of it's former glory, but still a fantastic setting. Needs more gaming it feels empty. Nice views of Lake Tahoe from rooms.The hotel needs painting and upkeep inside and out.This is an old hotel that has been let go a bit. Rooms and outside could use a coat of paint. At one time, very classy place. Very nostalgic.Drapery rod was broken. Need of update.Very nostalgic with the history of Frank Sinatra ownership. Restaurant was closed during the week along with the few other restaurants not being opened.

Cheap for Tahoe.Lack of cleanliness, food is awful.If not for the backed up toilets on the casino floor that reeked of, well, a sewer, it would not have been too bad. Had a nice view of the lake.N/AWe were not informed prior to arrival that the hotel kitchen was under renovation and that you could only eat what they chef decided to fix that day. Very run down. Hotel not up to expectations.

Great views of Lake Tahoe.Can't actually get down to the lake, hotel is very old.Hotel is very outdated with a very small casino. One bar and one restaurant on premise and restaurant closes at 9pm. Not the hot spot of Lake Tahoe, but quaint little towns surrounding this hotel were nice to visit with public parks that access the lake.

For the price, it is better than anywhere else. Good location, plenty of parking.It is pretty old.I would stay here again. For the price and location, it is better than any other place during winter.
