Fridge in room. Free wireless everywhere. 24/7 coffee in lobby.Slow elevator.Nice place for a budget stay. Clean and friendly with fridge and ironing board and free wireless in room. Pool. Coffee's always in lobby - nice touch.

Free internet access and the lobby were always stocked with coffee and fruit.The pool was too small to call a pool.The overall experience was good. This is a great place for business travel. Location is central to most business in crystal lake.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff were all great.I can't think of anything.For this trip, my stay was perfect. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable and easy to adjust the heat in the room. It was just what I needed for this stay.
