Unavailability of advertised services.The continental breakfast ran out of food, and the wireless internet was non functional, but for what I paid in this motel---I was not disappointed.

The staff was most friendly and helpful.The carpeting needs to be cleaned more often!It was conveniently located; price was the best in the area. The pool was clean and easily accusable to each room.
