Location.No privacy between rooms, could hear every cough.Okay, older facility. Could hear every word. We rented movies to drown out all the other sounds, real fun with a couple of teenage children.

The bed was clean and felt comfortable!The elevator required a hotel card to go up.A good hotel next to the famed Galleria. Good reasonable priced hotel restaurant. Very clean and well-maintained.
