It was there basically.
Lack of cleanliness.Location and the ability to actually get to was a challenge for those not used to the heavy traffic flow in Dallas.

Excellent customer service and friendliness of employees.Would have enjoyed in room coffee and a hot tub.Overall very pleasant stay. Rooms were comfortable, staff friendly and accommodating computer room and exercise room very nice. Convenient to freeway and local restaurants etc.

Room was small but comfortable. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.Very, very hard to find. You could see it but was hard to find a street going back to it.For the money it was a very nice stay. Everything was clean and the desk people were ready to help with any problem.
