Guest Ratings & Reviews for Hilton Dallas/Park Cities:

Cleanliness: 9.0 - Staff: 4.5 - Location: 7.6

Dec. 20, 2009
Overall Rating:
It was quiet.
No self parking, which I sometimes find far more suitable.
The is an example of the traditional Hilton offering. The staff adjusts quite well, and easily handled every request. There is no attitude that one can find at some Hilton's at this level, which for me, was a welcome difference.

Only outrageous valet parking available at $22/day. They won't tell you about free public parking 2 blocks away.

Overall Rating:
Clean, upscale, safe, efficient.
Misunderstanding at front desk about room, difficult to resolve. The staff is friendly, the front lobby staff/management tries too hard (feels fake).
Very nicely appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Everything is available (for a price), few extras. Very nice workout facilities.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Agreeable staff. Good location.
Parking at $18 a night. It's not a downtown hotel. Outrageous!

Lovely-good location.
Too much add on costs-parking-internet-etc.
While the hotel matches its rating and hype, its not worth the cost for an average business travler. I am happier at a Comfort Inn with free internet, free breakfast and free parking. Having to pay a valet to park.

Overall Rating:
Great service, convenient location, clean, comfortable, beautiful accommodations, wonderful restaurant.
Everything was great!
I came to the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities on a business trip and it was probably the best hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and there were enough chairs and tables so it wasn't a struggle for me to get my work done. They had high speed wireless internet...Read More

Service at front desk, valet parking and restaurant were very good.
The news is not my choice for newspapers..use state paper.
Overall experience very good, from Valet to Restaurant. Room and bed were most comfortable.

Overall Rating:
Wonderful beds.
Advertised a whirlpool but did not have one. Valet parking was very expensive.
Very comfortable all around but I am extremely disappointed that they advertised having a whirlpool online AND in their in room amenities guide. I met several other guests looking for the whirlpool and when I called the front desk to inquire they said "we...Read More
