The best part about staying at the Westin City Center was the ice rink convenient to the hotel.
The worst thing about the Westin City Center was additional parking and Internet fees.Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet accommodations.

The bed was comfortable.Parking is expensive.Very average hotel. Staff is very nice. Valet is your only parking option. It's close to many things downtown.

Very friendly staff.Restaurant was expensive and we were not impressed with the selection.Hotel is nice, but older. Not much to do in the hotel, but it is attached to the plaza of the Americas where there are several restaurants. Most if the plaza shuts down around 5 pm though. The concierge was very helpful with suggestions for dinner.

Check in was quick and the elevators were easy to call.The bar charges way too much for drinks. Facility is run down.Staff was nice, but there's no way this hotel is a four star property. The beds are extremely comfortable.NothingThe hotel is in a great location in downtown Dallas. It is easily accessible, the staff is very friendly, and the valet parking is very reasonably priced. I will stay there again.

Wonderful, and great place to relax.Nothing everything was great.Amazing place for the price. Priceline gives you the absolutely the best hotels for your money. 5 years and no complaints this hotel was just what we expect from Priceline.
