All inclusive-kitchen facility-good with infant.Non smoking room smelled terrible-smokers in it.Difficult to find as there is not entrance off feeder road of Loop 635 in Dallas. Kitchenette was nice as was the internet and DVD player in the room.Towels were too rough and bed was harder than I like.This is a wonderful place to stay especially the out of town business traveler who has work to bring back to the hotel and wants to be able to cook for himself.

Very clean and in a good location.Only had one queen size bed in every room of hotel.We had 4 guys and 2 rooms. We had hoped to get two double beds in each room but every room in this hotel only has one queen size bed and no cots. Other than that, great hotel for the price.
