Problems with the room but they were quick to remedy.
Hot water heater didn't work and A/C unit not up to par.
Room was clean and well appointed. Access was easy and rooms were comfortable. Not sure I like the number beds..may not have had it set right. Very pleased.

It was too far from chain restaurants for dining purposes.

Carpet was dirty, the bathrooms need updating and the TV's.
I have stayed at a raddison several times but this was the first one<BR/>I stated at and did not feel comfortable being there because it did not feel or look clean.

Too noisy--did not sleep due to noise associate w/evnets in ballroom.
Very disappointed. Uncomfortable, room smelled of cigarette smoke, noise level of other guests was a real problem--there was an evening event in a nearby ballroom that lasted until past 2am, children were running and yelling in hallway all night.
