Everyone from the front of the hotel (valet to front desk) was very helpful.The pool area was not quite ready I think, chairs were being stained and mirrors were dirty.N/A

Great location and service.N/AThis is a great ultra modern hotel. Food and service were excellent. We were disappointed that their signature lounge was closed the night we stayed since we had looked forward to having cocktails there. Valet parking a little on the pricey side.

Beautiful hotels, night of the Roxbury feel to it.They charge extremely high prices for things at the bar in room.Overall good experience. Liked the atmosphere and location. It is right across the street from the American airlines center.

Professional, courteous staff from valet, front desk and maintenance.The cost of the valet was $24.00.The W Hotel is a place to see and be seen. The rooms are gorgeous, however, the rain type shower head could ultimately use more pressure. Limited outlets in the room.
