Very Good service from hotel staffN/ALocation of the hotel is ideal for area business and the service at this hotel was very good. There was a small problem with the room when I checked in and they went above and beyond to fix at and make me comfortable for the three days I was there.

Room was very clean.It's in a busy area, doesn't have nice grounds, but building is attractive inside.For what we wanted, a one night stay in that area, the hotel was fine, and we would stay there again. It was clean, roomy, comfortable and easy to find.No complaints.We stayed for 1 night and it was very satisfactory. The suite was clean and we had more than enough room for two of us. The price was very reasonable for a Saturday evening.

Spacious bathroom.Room overlooked lobby, was very noisy. Air conditioning blasts cold air onto bed.This is obviously a hotel that has slipped below quality level for it's chain. Friendly staff.Bad air conditioning, not much soundproofing.Had a bad experience. People in the next room loudly fighting all night---I could hear all through the walls. Staff moved me to another room, but the AC vents blew directly onto the bed. Very drafty and uncomfortable. Bland lobby and rooms.
