Convenient location, cleans and nice linens.Smelled like cigarette smoke.We were just stopping for the night and found the accommodations very nice for the 2 star rating we left at 6am and breakfast was already out and we found some healthy choices yogurt and fruit.

The facility is well-kept and maintained.Mattresses too firm and common areas not air-conditioned enough.This hotel is a good value for the money based on the accommodations that you receive. Convenient to West Knoxville and right off the interstate.

Convenient location, breakfast.Uncomfortable pillows and odor near elevator.For a short stay where you do not need to be in the hotel for long periods of time, it's very suitable. For the price and type of hotel, it meets its purpose.

Pool and hot tub well maintained.I did not like much anything else.This hotel was very disappointing especially for the money paid. The room needed to be updated: broken headboard, wallpaper falling down, old uncomfortable mattresses, flat wore out pillows, cigarette burns in all of the bedding, tore shower curtain liner...Read More
