Liked the pool.Toilet handle broken.If you have allergies to pets this is not a good place to stay as they must not clean the rooms very well. Clean sheets, great pillows.Dirty - especially bathroom!Bathroom was so dirty I had to re clean it before using it. Had to wipe down all surfaces with soap and water. Lamp on bedside table stuck to the table top! It did have clean sheets and great pillows - nice mattress too. Quite and nice staff.

Excellent breakfast and easy to find.Asked for enough towels for my family and did not get them.Good price but their definition of nearby to Gatlinburg attractions and mine differs by at least 30 minutes.

N/ALoud noisy guest in morning.The hotel was not the problem. It was how I was treated by your staff and your policy. They were rude and not at all helpful.

Price per night or stay is very affordable.Air condition should be on prior to check in.A nice hotel to stay in. Although the lobby area is very small. Breakfast area is also in the lobby and its very congested when lots of guest are getting their breakfast at the same time.
