Driving Directions: I-95 North, take exit 44B to Route 1 North to Centre Street exit. Take right off ramp, right at yield sign, at stop sign take a left into hotel driveway. I-95 South to exit 48, right off ramp, right at yield sign, at stop sign take a left into hotel driveway. From Logan Airport: take Route 1A North, follow to Rt. 60 West for two miles. Room was not cleaned 1 day and the hotel couldn't do anything.
Staff was friendly but room didn't get cleaned 1 day and the hotel couldn't do anything because rooms were all full. Did provide us with clean towels and coffe but we had to make up the room ourselves.

I was pleased with the location of this hotel, as we were sightseeing in Salem as well as Boston. It was closely located to Salem, which is why we chose to stay there and then we went to a Red Sox game later on that night and it was very easy to get into ...Read More

The location met our needs.
One front desk person didn't answer the phone and was not very responsive.
The desk clerk was too busy with another hotel employee to be responsive to me. I wouldn't stay there again.

Nice pool, gym breakfast.
Too far away from where I was going.
Nice hotel - I wondered if bedspreads were laundered daily. Glad to have the breakfast and pool.

Good dry breakfast, helpful front desk.
The smoking level smell was disgusting.
The front desk switched us to a non smoking room the second night which was nice of them.

Continental breakfast was good.
Smoking rooms smelled.
I asked for a non-smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel, they didn't have any so we were stuck with the smoking room. They did try to accommodate us with by installing an ozone machine to rid the room of smoke odors.
