Friendliness and good fitness center even though it was small.
Location, kind of out of the way, mall heaven.Excellent, wish it was closer to Boston, hotel staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Very nice. We had a very pleasant stay.Both nights I had to go to another floor and find ice.The hotel and the employees were very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful in getting me a choice of eating places in the area. Check in was rather quick, as it should be, but usually is not.

The bed was super comfortable.No indoor pool, sauna, or hot tub.We got a super deal on Priceline for this hotel. The purpose of our stay was to hang out in Salem and this hotel was only about 5-10 minute drive. It was clean, comfy, and very well priced. There is also free internet, which is hard to come by these days.

Not much.Poor customer service. The pool was broken, the room was flooded and he put us in a handicapped room, then a single for 1. They didn't care at all.We first arrived to find out that the room was flooded due to a broken air conditioner. A man moved us to a handicapped room with only a shower. I wanted a bath.
